How do I know if an item is available?

An item is available if you can place your order in your cart. Some items can be back-ordered. You will be informed if the item you are purchasing is in stock or on back-order mode.

What if an item is out of stock?

You can back-order some items that are out of stock.
Should you wish to orde an item that cannot be backordered and that is out of stock, please send us an email to hello@shopkinamania.com

Backorder: Although we make every attempt to have all sandals available in stock, we may have pairs as backordered, indicating that they are temporarily out of stock. Nothing to worry about though, you can still place orders on those styles ; the only thing is that they’ll be shipped a little later.

The kina Classics, styles UNO, DOS, TRES, CUATRO, CINCO, & VOYAGE TO THE ATELIER are entirely crafted in the factory we work with in Spain. We place orders on those styles every Wednesday afternoon and they would be ready for shipping 10 days later.

The production process of all other VOYAGE lines involves a series of workshops from different countries. Those styles take more time to be crafted, and would be ready for shipping 60 days later. We will inform you about the exact delivery date by email.

 

 

How will I know if you have received my order?

Once your order placed, you will receive a confirmation email. You will also receive your tracking number once your package is shipped to follow the shipping process.

Can I change my order once it has been placed?

If you wish to withdraw the order before shipping of the item(s), KINAMANIA will not deliver the item(s) and shall reimburse the User without the sending of an invoice. If you have made an error in your shipping address, please contact us asap. We will try to work it out for you with the carrier. Once you receive the package, you have up to 14 days to return the item.

How do I return an item?

Follow the steps below and note that we must receive the item in our warehouse within 14 days of the delivery date.

Shipping from Europe, Middle East and North Africa:
I Send us an email to returns@shopkinamania.com mentioning “Return” in the subject line and the order number.
I A confirmation email will be sent to you with a Kina return form.
I Include the return form in the box with the returned item(s) in their original and unused condition.
I Remove old shipping labels from the box.
I The item(s) must be returned at your own cost to the following address: KINAMANIA, 13 Bollinckx street, 1070 Brussels, Belgium.

What about my refund?

If we receive the item within 14 days, your refund will be processed automatically. If you paid with a credit or debit card, your refund will be issued back to your card. If you paid with PayPal, your refund will be issued back to your PayPal account.

Can I return an item I purchased from a retailer?

We only accept returns for items purchased from our website www.shopkinamania.com

What size should I order and do they stretch?

We manufacture in European size and our sizes generally run true to the European sizing standards. We recommend ordering the size you normally wear. If you are typically in between sizes, we recommend going with the smaller one since the leather softens and stretches as you break them in.

The table in the footer below helps you to convert our size to other systems of sizes.

What forms of payment does Kinamania accepts?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, PayPal and Kina Gift Cards. You can use the credit cards and PayPal to pay for the balance of your purchase with the Kina gift card.

Can I return a gift I received and get a refund?

Unfortunately, you can’t. We can refund your gift in the form of a new “Gift Card”. To return your gift, you will need to know the order number (Contact us by sending an email to returns@shopkinamania.com if you do not have access to the required information). You will then have to follow the following steps:

  • Send us an email to returns@shopkinamania.com mentioning “Return” in the subject line and mentioning the order number.
  • A confirmation email will be sent to you with a return form.
  • Include the return form in the box with the returned item(s) in their original and unused condition.
  • Drop your box off at any authorized POSTNL center.
  • The item(s) must be returned at your own cost to the following address: KINAMANIA, 13 Bollinckx street, 1070 Brussels, Belgium.
  • Upon reception of the package, we will send you an email with your new Gift Card

How can I track my order?

We provide tracking numbers for all shipments. This will let you track the location of your purchase. We will send you your tracking number after your orders are processed and shipped out. The shipment notification email will include a tracking number. Head to this page postnl.com to track your package.

 

Who is responsible for the purchased item?

A signature is required upon delivery. This means the responsibility of the purchased item passes to you. If the item is to be received by someone other than yourself for delivery purposes (neighbor, a gift) then this person’s signature upon delivery or by any other person at the mentioned delivery address will also mean that the purchased item responsibility passes on to that person.

How long does delivery take and how much does shipping and handling cost?

Generally, orders shipped within Europe take anywhere between  3-9 business days. Orders shipped to the rest of the world may take anywhere between 5-13 business days.

Please note that orders which include multiple items may ship separately. If your order was placed on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, we will process your order on the next business day.

Customs and import duties
Shipments to certain countries are subject to strict controls by local customs authorities and, as a result, delays may occur for reasons outside of our control. Note that kinamania covers the shipping charges; however, if applied, custom duties and taxes are billed to the receiver.
